The 2018 Oscars featured some of Hollywood's best and brightest bringing out their most glamorous looks. For example, Academy Award winners like Allison Janney and Sam Rockwell really transformed on the red carpet. Janney, who played LaVona in I, Tonya, looked nothing like the sassy, decrepit character that landed her the 2018 Oscar. Rockwell played Dixon in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, but the talented actor cleaned up much nicer than the cop from the film.
These actors, actresses, directors, and comedians weren't only well-dressed, though; many of them committed to promoting more diversity and inclusion in the cinematic industry. Female artists were commended, and creatives of color were acknowledged for their Hollywood contributions. In fact, Tiffany Haddish (who wore her infamous white gown for the third time) and Maya Rudolph even commented on the #OscarsSoWhite controversy. Their presentation was hilarious and, perhaps, one of the award show's most poignant. Plus, they looked great while giving it.
If you're one of the people who tunes in to the Oscars just to glimpse the ball gowns and frippery, you'll love these stunning looks from 2018 Oscar attendees.
