The Best Eco-Friendly Kids Movies

You're never too young to learn about earth stewardship. That's where these environmentally friendly kids movies come in. The best eco-friendly kids movies teach children about the world around them, and feature memorable characters determined to protect their personal realms. This is a list of the greatest environmentally friendly kids children's movies including everything from Ice Age: The Meltdown to Bambi to Happy Feet.

What films will you find on this list of eco friendly childrens movies? In the 2011 film The Muppets, felt-covered favorites including Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie Bear band together to stop an oil tycoon from drilling straight through their theater. WALL-E is another good kids movie with a powerful environmental message. In The Lorax, the title character speaks for the trees as they are cleared in the name of production. Other good eco friendly movies for kids include Finding Nemo, Brother Bear, and Rio.
