Inspired by the 1996 Coen Brothers film of the same name, Fargo is a black comedy-drama series on FX that reboots each season. Season one starred Billy Bob Thornton as Lorne Malvo and Allison Tolman as Deputy Molly Solverson, while season three on Fargo saw Ewan McGregor playing twin brothers Emmit and Ray Stussy. Fargo made its debut on April 15, 2014, and has been nominated for more than 130 awards, including eight Emmys its first year when it was named "Outstanding Miniseries."
