The Flash on CW is a superhero TV series based on the DC Comics character Barry Allen, AKA Flash. Starring Grant Gustin as the eponymous hero, The Flash was conceived as a spinoff of Arrow (Green Arrow). The series premiered on October 7, 2014 and has had crossover episodes with both Arrow and Supergirl. The series is critically acclaimed, with the second season having a 94% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
