Some of the best metal artists and bands of 2019 have massive tours on the calendar, while others are releasing highly bands new albums.

Legends of the heavy metal genre and some of the greatest headbangers of all time are also among the hottest metal bands right now, with Metallica releasing a new live album, Megadeth coming out with a compilation, and Rammstein still making ears bleed with a new untitled album.

But it's not just the classic metal bands on the scene in 2019, with up-and-coming artists and heavy metal groups like 3Teeth, Turilli/Lione Rhapsody, and I Prevail ready to make a name for themselves and leave their mark on the music world.
