The Best Jacksonville Jaguars Coaches of All Time

Who is the best Jacksonville Jaguars coach of all time? There haven't been too many Jacksonville Jaguars head coaches since the team got its start, but some Jaguars coaches could be considered among the greatest NFL coaches of all time. Who do you think is the best Jaguars coach since the team was formed in 1995? Which Jaguars coaches do you love?

Tom Coughlin, the original Jaguars head coach, has the best win percentage with the team. In his 7 year tenure the team went 68-60, including a handful of playoff appearances that unfortunately didn't amount to a Super Bowl appearance. Coach Jack Del Rio took the position after Coughlin left, and stayed with the team from 2003 all the way to 2011. Again there were a few playoff appearances, but the big game never happened. Recently, Doug Pederson was brought in to turn the Jaguars around.
