Game of Thrones, as you might guess from the title of the show, is full of royal figures, kings and queens, and it seems that every few episodes someone new is sitting the Iron Throne, or at least claiming it as their own. Whether in Westeros, Essos, or even beyond the Wall, which GoT royals have ruled the best?
This list features all characters from the HBO series who have served as king or queen. Also included is each royal's full title, from "the Mother of Dragons" to the many "Protectors of the Realm." Some of the ladies on this list are among the best fictional queens of all time, while some other Game of Thrones characters listed here are fictional rulers you'd like to behead, Ned Stark style, if given the chance.
