This long-running series follows protagonist Jimmy Kudo, a high school detective who is turned into a child by the Black Organization. From a pure detective aspect, this is as close as it gets for Netflix mystery anime. If you're willing to be a little bit more loose about categorizations, anime like Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist have very heavy elements of mystery in their stories.
