What are the best NBA All-Star teams of all time? The best All Star teams have featured Hall of Famers, MVPs, All-Pros, and champions. They are the best of the best ever to step on the court, and for one game a year, the All-Star starting five for each conference gives fans a glimpse at what it would be like if the top players in the game teamed up. But which of these NBA All-Star teams could never be beat?
While many of these teams feature some of the same starters over and over, with players like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Kobe Bryant making double-digit All-Star teams in their careers, it is fun to wonder how the small changes among the group of 5 change the perception of the team.
In Jordan's rookie season, he was on an All-Star team with Julius Erving, Moses Malone, Larry Bird and Isiah Thomas, who were all at different points in their careers. Then, in the '90s, a more seasoned Jordan was teamed with an older Thomas, as well as Scottie Pippen, Shaquille O'Neal, and Larry Johnson. Which team do you want to watch?
