The NCIS cast includes not only the major characters who you've known and loved since its debut as a spin-off from JAG in 2003. Some of the NCIS actors and actresses have even been nominated and/or won awards for their work on the show and on other projects. Here you'll have the chance to vote for the best actors on NCIS and check out some of the many awards and nominations they've scored for their work on the acclaimed series. There are some surprisingly familiar faces on the show, such as Wilmer Valderrama, who played Fez on That 70's Show. He's a newer main cast member, joining actors such as David McCallum, Mark Harmon, and Sean Murray who have been on the show since the first season.
