ABC's drama series "Nashville" follows the lives of country music stars in the eponymous city. Connie Britton, Hayden Panetierre, and Chip Esten star, and the music is always rocking. Though arguably more of a soap opera than a drama, the plot twists never stop coming and hot new tracks are always just around the corner.
Country diva Rayna James (Britton) deals with the ups and downs of balancing motherhood and a career, as well as multiple hunky love interests, while former teen star Juliette Barnes (Panetierre) makes demands and struggles to take her career to the next level. Love triangles abound and almost everyone is wearing sequins and/or leather pants at any given moment. In short, "Nashville" is fantastically terrible.
But the music, it turns out, isn't actually that bad. Many "Nashville" stars cover hit songs like The Lumineers's "Ho Hey," but the show's original music is quite enjoyable. From anthems like "Wrong Song" and "I'm a Girl," to moody, emotional tracks like "If I Didn't Know Better" and "No One Will Ever Love You," the original music of ABC's "Nashville" will have your toes tapping.Vote up the best "Nashville" songs below, and if you just can't get enough, check out these lists of the best country songs about death, and the best country songs about growing up.
