These are the nominees and winners of Best Picture at the Academy Awards during the 1990s, as ranked by you. Oscar-nominated 1990s movies are a varied group. Some are heartwarming dramedies, while others boast edge-of-your-seat action. A few qualify as romantic comedies, demonstrating that the genre can be anything but fluffy.There are even some animated pictures included in the bunch.
