The Pittsburgh Penguins have cycled through some great (and not so great) coaches over their years in the NHL. But who is the best Pittsburgh Penguins head coach of all time? This list ranks every Pittsburgh Penguins coach from best to worst according to votes from hockey fans like you, so help determine the list order now. Vote up your top Pittsburgh Penguins coaches, keeping stats like regular season record, playoff appearances, and their rank among the best hockey coaches ever.

Bob Johnson only coached the Penguins for one season, but in that season the Penguins won their first Stanley Cup Championship in 1991. Scotty Bowman, who took over as the Penguins' head coach in 1992, also won a Stanley Cup in his first year. Bowman then left the team two seasons later to coach the Detroit Red Wings.

If the Pittsburgh Penguins formed a team of the very best hockey players ever to lace up their skates, who would coach it? Vote up the winningest Pittsburgh Penguins coach or just got with your gut and vote up the coach that you liked the most. Then see if they've ever had a proper coaching meltdown.
