Pixar movies are known for their heart-wrenching storylines that make us cry just as much as we laugh. But when we're not watching Andy leave his childhood toys behind or Dory search for the family she has forgotten, we're spending all our time laughing at Pixar puns.

While this phrase is a common insult, it's particularly funny when said to Andy's piggy bank, Hamm. After rearranging his parts artistically on his face, Mr. Potato Head is excited to show Hamm. The pig, however, doesn't get the joke, and is blasted with this hurtful insult as a result.
“I know, I know… freeze.”
After being caught by the cops in a jewelry store, an officer yells at Frozone and Mr. Incredible to freeze. Instead of standing still, Frozone drinks a sip of water to replenish his power. He then drops this line as he uses his freezing powers on the young cop.
"Hey, bartender! Bloody Mary, O-positive."

While Flick struggles to talk to a mosquito at a bar, the intoxicated insect orders this drink. Think about that next time you drink a Bloody Mary.
"And that's how my twelfth husband died. So, now I'm a widow."

While talking to an ant, Rosie the Black Widow spider says this line, neatly referencing her own anatomy, as well as the Black Widow's tendency to kill and eat their mates.
“I’m just a couple of blocks away.”
While flirting with Woody, Bo Peep walks past a few toy building blocks and drops this little zinger.
“Race cars don’t need headlights because the track is always lit.” “Well, so’s my brother, but he still needs headlights.”
While talking with the cars in Radiator Springs, Lightning McQueen explains why he doesn't need headlights, to which one town member replies that his brother is always lit, much like the race track. Of course, his reference refers to a different kind of lit than Lightning's - one focused more on the over-consumption of alcohol.
"Finn McMissile, British intelligence." "Tow Mater, average intelligence."
While meeting special agent Finn McMissile, Mater misunderstands Finn's reference to British intelligence as a government agency focused on national security. Trying to fit in, he responds with his own assessment of his actual intelligence.
“I think you need to be a bit more flexible.”
When Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl disagree on the proper way to handle a criminal, Elastigirl drops this line while using her power to stretch her body to dart around Mr. Incredible in variety of flexible forms.
“Etch, you been working on that draw.”
In a fake gun fight, Woody the cowboy squares off against against an Etch-A-Sketch, who beats him by literally drawing faster. Woody then compliments his opponent on having the "fastest knobs in the West."
“That’s a pretty big butt.”
While talking about the back of a distant ship, Nemo and his friends refer to the butt, leading to plenty of comments about the size.
"Think positive!" "Okay, I'm positive that you'll get lost in there."
While trying to get back to headquarters, Joy insists on traveling through long term memory, despite Sadness' protests. When Joy tells Sadness to think on the bright side of things, Sadness says she's positively sure Joy will get lost.
"Hey, put a cork in it!"
Toy Story 2
Hamm the piggy bank, who has a literal cork to keep his coins from falling out, says this line while trying to get the toys to be quiet and follow the plan to rescue Woody.
"Oh, I'm detecting nuttiness."
While trying to convince his brother to truly taste his food, Remy asks him if he can detect the creamy, salty-sweet, nutty taste of a certain cheese. Certain that his brother is losing his mind, Emile responds with this line.
"You know, I know some karate. I don't wanna brag or nothin', but I got me a black fan belt."
As Mater tries to show off for Finn McMissile, he drops this braggy line. We're not sure if Mater's car fan belt translates to skills in karate, but we could be wrong.
"Folks around here are not firing on all cylinders, if you know what I mean."
When Lightning McQueen first gets stuck in the town of Radiator Springs, he's desperate to escape from the townsfolk. He tries to explain how he feels about his fellow cars using this common phrase.
"So, bein' a ladybug automatically makes me a girl! Is that it, flyboy?!

Although fly boy often refers to a pilot, Francis strikes back with this line after being hit on by a literal fly who assumes he's a girl.
“Float like a Cadillac, sting like a Beamer.”
While psyching himself up for a race, Lightning McQueen uses this twist on "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee," adapted for his car-centric world.
"You’re not good, you’re super."
As Bob Parr, struggles to take care of all his children while Helen is away, he eventually has a heart-to-heart with Violet. He tells her that he just wants to be a good dad, to which she responds with this line, reminding him that he's more than just a dad - he's a superhero.
"You're slow for someone in the fast lane."
When Linguini meets Anton Ego for the first time, he does nothing more than announce that he's met the food critic who has been hounding him. Ego hits back with this line, criticizing Linguini's intelligence while simultaneously commenting on his incredible rise to fame.
"Pork bellies are falling."
Toy Story 2
While climbing up the elevator shaft, Hamm's coins start to fall out of his stomach open, hitting Slinky in the face on the way down. While trying to dodge the coins, Slinky says this line.
