Of course, his reference refers to a different kind of lit than Lightning's - one focused more on the over-consumption of alcohol.

As Bob Parr, struggles to take care of all his children while Helen is away, he eventually has a heart-to-heart with Violet. He tells her that he just wants to be a good dad, to which she responds with this line, reminding him that he's more than just a dad - he's a superhero.
