When it comes to good open-world games for PlayStation 4, there's a pretty good amount of variety. For that reason, we're ranking the best PS4 open-world games, with the help of your votes. 

One of the newest PlayStation 4 games about exploring an open world is Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Released in 2018, the newest installment in the Assassin's Creed series takes all the best features of past installments and creates a game that is both addicting and breathtaking. If you've never played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, it's a must-play open world game for any PS4 owner. Other options include The Elder Scrolls Online, No Man's Sky, and Just Cause 3.

Not every open-world game on this list is a PS4 original - take Grand Theft Auto V for example, which came out in 2013. However, all these open-world games are currently available on the PlayStation Store, regardless of release date.
