Over the course of 1,045 NBA games, Chamberlain averaged 22.9 rebounds per game for a whopping 23,924 over his career. Even in many more games, no one else in the history of the league has come close to that number.
Besides Chamberlain, there are numerous others who are remembered for their rebounding skills. Dennis Rodman, Bill Russell, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Elvin Hayes, Moses Malone and Karl Malone are just a few of those and all have their names in the NBA record books for their impressive rebounding stats.
