They bark, howl, bite, and like treats; therefore, dogs deserve to celebrate Halloween, too, dressed to the nines, of course. Although you could dress them in something cute like a hot dog or Ewok costume, consider instead letting your hell hound loose with a scary Halloween costume for dogs.
Spooky costumes for dogs include horror-flick favorites like Pennywise from IT or Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th, or more traditional scary figures such as a witch, Dracula, or a hairy spider.
The problem is, even dressed as Freddy Krueger or Jaws, dogs pretty much always look cute in costumes. You can still humor them, however, and pretend they're terrifying for once, especially if they're a timid little lap dog. Just don't give them any candy, because the results can be truly scary.
