Season 1 first premiered on July 17, 2011 and consists of 10 episodes. This season introduces the show's bar expert, Jon Taffer who attempts to transform failing bars into flourishing businesses.

Season 3 first premiered on February 10, 2013 and consists of 40 episodes. Season 3 brings the most episodes yet as Jon works with everything from a horror bar run by two former rockers to a bar that's managing to fail, even on Bourbon street.
