Season 1 first premiered on June 17, 2007 and contains 10 episodes. Season 1 introduces a number of truckers who dare to drive huge 18-wheelers full of equipment and supplies across what is considered by many to be the most dangerous road in the world. Along the way, they compete to see who can deliver the largest haul.

Season 2 first premiered on June 8, 2008 and contains 13 episodes. In Season 2, four of the truckers from season 1 return as they undertake a new journey over one of the most isolated and dangerous roads in North America. As the road takes them 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle, with frequent loss of radio contact, the dangers are constantly high.

Season 3 first premiered on May 31, 2009 and contains 13 episodes. This season finds the truckers with 6,000 loads of freight to deliver to Alaskan Northern Slope oil camps. Along their 400+ mile journey, the truckers face everything from frozen roads to steep mountains of ice.
