Unfortunately there aren't many pure slice of life anime currently streaming on Netflix. However, there are a few good options. If you want something that's slower paced, check out Teasing Master Takagi-san. This series follows the daily lives of two middle school students as they find ways to pull pranks and jokes on each other — all the while concealing their true feelings. Other options include K-On!, an anime about a girl who decides to join the high school's Light Music Club, and The Devil is a Part-Timer!, an anime about working in a restaurant (with a twist).

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is a Japanese light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by Oniku. ASCII Media Works has published ten volumes since February 2011. The story is about a demon king named Satan seeking to conquer the world of Ente Isla but, when confronted by the Hero Emilia Justina, is forced to retreat through a portal that transports him to modern day Tokyo, Japan. To survive and find a way to return to Ente Isla, Satan gains part-time employment at a fast food restaurant.
