Listen and learn as we rank the greatest superhero mentors in comic history. Most of these mentors are known for helping guide other up-and-coming heroes in the comics, movies, or TV series. They accepted younger, less experienced heroes under their care and molded them into the next generation of superheroes.
These heroic mentors tried their best to guide their sidekicks, partners, and, in some cases, even adopted children to always do what was right. And while many mentees went on to do great things, others (like Warren Worthington) fell short. Even the best superheroes didn’t succeed at mentoring with a few instances of even abandoning their young trainees. That said, which of these sage mentors is your favorite?
