Pregnancy is a miracle but it does not always happen at the most opportune time as seen in these movies about surprise pregnancies.

It can be overwhelming even for those who are prepared. This list of surprise pregnancies movies is all about people who aren't prepared at all. In some cases, the pregnancy ends up being a blessing in disguise, bringing the parents together and forcing them to grow up, as in Knocked Up. In other cases, it's a path to self-realization for the single mother, like in Juno. Recently, there are even movies where the mother makes an informed decision not to go through with the pregnancy, like in Gillian Robespierre's Obvious Child. Whatever the complications, these films with an accidental pregnancy show the full range of the experience, from the panic to the laughter to the joy.

So vote up the best films, and add your picks for the best surprise pregnancies movies!
