List Rules Studio albums only

The Talking Heads are considered one of the best art rock bands and greatest musical artists of the 80s and late 70s. Fronted by music genius David Byrne, Talking Heads released some great music over the course of the band's career. Here's a list of the best Talking Heads albums, including pictures of the album covers. This Talking Heads discography is ranked from best to worst, so the top Talking Heads albums can and should be found at the top of the list. To make it easy for you, we haven't included Talking Heads singles, live albums, or compilations, so everything you see here should only be studio albums (yes, the live Stop Making Sense album is probably the best place to start if you are new to the Talking Heads, but this list is for hardcore fans). If you think the greatest Talking Heads album isn't high enough on the list, then be sure to vote for it so it receives the credit it deserves. Make sure you don't just vote for critically acclaimed albums; if you have a favorite Talking Heads album, then vote it up, even if it's not necessarily the most popular.

If you want to know, "What is the Best Talking Heads album of all time?" or "What are the top Talking Heads albums?" then this list will answer your questions. Most fans and critics rate Remain in Light and Fear of Music highest, but some prefer the mid-80s period.
