The top tech noir movies combine elements of science fiction and film noir to create a unique genre all its own. This is a list of the best tech noir movies, including everything from V for Vendetta to A.I. Artificial Intelligence to Ghost in the Shell.

What films will you find on this list of the best tech noir science fiction movies? The Terminator follows Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) as she tries to escape from a cyborg assassin sent from the future to kill her before she can give birth to her son. Arnold Schwarzenegger plays the title character to perfection in the tech noir classic. Blade Runner is another great film from the tech noir genre. Minority Report examines the problems with relying on technology to stop crimes before they happen.
