Season 3, Episode 6

When Dana comes to visit Adam for Halloween, he wants to spend the night with her and not Beverly. Trying to cope with this turn of events, Beverly decides to teach Adam a lesson on how dangerous the holiday can be, but the tables turn on Beverly. Later, Barry and Erica convince Adam to take Dana to a haunted house. Adam refuses to go back inside when Dana loses her promise ring and an unlikely family member helps him.

Season 2, Episode 18

During his birthday sleepover Beverly has planned, Adam's friend Garry shares his dad's home brewed beer and gets everyone sick. Many of the parents believe Adam is a bad influence and forbid his friends from hanging out with him. Meanwhile, Murray tells Barry and Erica he will buy a new CD player only if they are able to write the greatest song ever. What they write is horrible but when Murray hears the song, he recognizes Erica's singing talent and her love of music.

Season 1, Episode 19

Adam is terrified of the upcoming Presidential Physical fitness test so Beverly decides to write him a note to get out of the test. The plan backfires when the gym teacher declares the only way to excuse Adam is a Presidential pardon and soon finds Beverly on a mission. Meanwhile, Erica's French pen pal Fanny comes to visit and Barry begs Erica to help him learn French to impress her.

Season 2, Episode 22

Thinking Pop's luck can rub off on him, Adam gambles at school and loses his toys as a result. Beverly replaces them but Adam knows better. He also learns something new about Pops that allows Adam to accept his grandfather for who he is. Meanwhile, Erica dreams to dance on a popular TV dance show, but her dream quickly turns into a nightmare when Barry gives her pink eye and she's not in a condition to be on television.

Season 2, Episode 6

When Mr. Meller singles out Adam during a game of Dodgeball, Beverly intervenes to protect Adam and gets Meller fired. But soon, Murray and Adam see him in a new light, so Beverly tries to get his job back... will she succeed? Meanwhile, Barry can't accept Erica is better than him in a new board game... Trivial Pursuit.

Season 2, Episode

After spending the summer apart with Dana and unsure of their relationship, Adam makes a mixtape to express his feelings... only to have it intercepted by Beverly who thinks it's meant for her! Adam must carefully navigate not hurting Beverly's feelings as his relationship with Dana progresses. Meanwhile, Barry gets a fake ID, but after showing it off to the entire school, it's confiscated, and Barry needs to make good on some promises he made to his classmates.

Season 2, Episode 12

When Adam passes on a family ring to convey his feelings for Dana, Beverly can't seem to accept her little boy having such deep feelings at his age. Meanwhile, new couple Lainey and Barry convinces Murray to watch football with Lainey's dad. They soon realize the fathers root for opposing teams and Barry is left to decide between his love for the Eagles and his love for Lainey.

Season 3, Episode 8

Beverly insists the entire family gather for the holiday, but tension builds when brother-in-law Marvin tricks Pop-Pop into thinking Thanksgiving was at his house. Meanwhile, Pops passes the torch to Barry and Erica to give the holiday toast, resulting in them trying to one-up each other.

Season 4, Episode 1

Adam works on his new persona for the first day of high school that he hopes will up his coolness level. Meanwhile, Beverly gets her teaching certification to become a substitute teacher. But when she is demoted to sub-janitor, she sends the Goldberg kids to a Saturday detention.

Season 3, Episode 9

Inspired by "Top Gun," Barry decides to join ROTC. Convinced it will help discipline him, Murray orders the Captain to prevent Barry from quitting when the going gets tough, prompting Beverly to join Barry, too! Meanwhile, Adam helps Pops get his swag back with a special librarian.

Season 1, Episode 23

When Murray's high school free throw record is broken, he attends a banquet as the guest of honor; Barry decides to throw a party.

Erica makes a music video to get into college, while Murray and Bill's friendship grows.

Season 4, Episode 6

After learning of Murray's love of action movies, Adam uses the moment to garner the courage to ask his dad for money to film his own action film. But the production goes from bad to worse when Barry goes missing for playing the lead, and an unlikely replacement steps in. Meanwhile, Erica takes Beverly to go clothes shopping. When a situation at the hip store goes awry, Erica decides to make her own version of the popular outfit she wants -using Beverly's own sweaters.

Season 1, Episode 17

Even though he is terrible, Adam tries his best at ice hockey and hopes to impress Murray. Likewise, Murray works hard to show he enjoys watching Adam make home movies. Later, after starting a fight on the ice during a game, Adam gets suspended from playing hockey and admits to Murray his real intentions. Meanwhile, Beverly drives Erica crazy about her S.A.T.s.

Season 1, Episode 10

Beverly can't resist a good sale, even if it is something the family doesn't really need. Murray tells Beverly to stop her bargain hunting despite her protests that she is saving the family money in the long run. So when Erica gets a job at the local department store, Beverly's dream comes true and Erica's nightmare begins. Meanwhile, Pops takes Barry and Adam to the racetrack for an afternoon of fun.

Season 2, Episode 7

A bet over Jazzercise between Beverly and Erica ends with the younger Goldberg deciding to opt out of celebrating Thanksgiving with her family; at the same time, Uncle Marvin shows up for the holiday and unexpectedly bonds with Adam, much to the annoyance of Murray

"The Age of Darkness - Despite her best efforts, Beverly is crushed when she cannot console Erica when her boyfriend, Drew Kremp, dumps her. So Murray steps in to help his daughter. Meanwhile, Barry is obsessed with a new arcade game and continually asks Pops for money to play. When he takes the situation to a desperate level involving Adam, an intervention is planned.

Season 2, Episode 4

Adam inadvertently gets Barry kicked out of the cool group of friends at school and must come up with a plan to get his brother back in. Adam convinces Barry and his friends he has the skills to hack into the school computer system to change their grades, but does he? Later, Beverly is immediately jealous when she learns Erica hangs out with a friend's cooler mom and sets out to show Erica she can be cool too.

Season 1, Episode 9

Murray awaits for his brother Marvin to visit for Thanksgiving. Beverly suggests Murray take it easy on Marvin, but Murray disagrees since his brother always makes the holiday stressful for the family. But when he arrives, there's a big surprise in store and Murray knows all won't end well.

Season 1, Episode 3

After Barry pleads for money to purchase a very expensive item, Beverly says he must earn the money himself so Murray suggests he go to work at the Ottoman Empire furniture store with him. Barry soon learns being a salesman is very different than what he expected. Meanwhile, Adam and Pops attend an R-rated movie without telling anyone and they struggle to keep it secret from Beverly.

Season 4, Episode 16

Inspired by the "Karate Kid" films, Adam and the other Adam Goldberg face off in a karate match to settle once and for all a long-running feud. Barry and Adam go to Uncle Marvin for training, but the only thing they learn is how to clean an apartment. Meanwhile, when Erica and Geoff's relationship becomes public, they realize that they aren't the good guys.

Season 3, Episode 11

As Adam and Barry team up in a rap supergroup a la the Beastie Boys, Beverly presses Murray to let her remodel their kitchen.

Season 2, Episode 19

Much to Beverly's surprise, she cannot believe Adam is failing Spanish class and blames his teacher. Beverly speaks with Senora Taraborelli and pays her to tutor Adam instead of putting him in remedial Spanish. But the situation backfires when Adam gives an oral presentation and totally bombs. Meanwhile, Barry gets a job delivering pizzas to impress Murray but Erica is upset Murray doesn't acknowledge she's had a job and has been responsible all throughout her teen years.

Season 2, Episode 13

When Murray takes Erica's car privileges away, Erica and Barry retaliate by buying their own shabby used black van. Murray gets even more upset so they move into the van full time and park it on the street by the house. Beverly hopes she can get the children back inside. Meanwhile at school, Adam gets voted in the yearbook as "nicest guy," but thinks he deserves something better.. which results in a suspension.

Season 1, Episode 5

While cleaning out the garage, Adam, Erica and Barry come across a box of letters written by Murray to a woman named Anita. The kids soon learn more about the mystery woman and get the shock of their lives when they learn how Murray's romantic past is currently linked to Beverly. Meanwhile, Adam has fallen hard for his neighbor and Pops tells him to man up and make his move.
