List Rules This list includes studio albums only, so if you add an album make sure it's a proper studio release.

The Pogues are known as one of the best Celtic rock bands. Since they’re such an influential band, let’s rank the best The Pogues albums, with the help of your votes. Formed in 1982 and fronted by Shane MacGowan in London, the Pogues rose from the same early English post-punk scene that fostered Siouxsie and the Banshees and Generation X. While their debut, Red Roses for Me (1984), didn't make a big splash, their third album, If I Should Fall From Grace With God (1988) made them a household name, especially with its leadoff single, "Fairytale of New York" with guest vocals by Kirsty MacColl.

This Pogues discography is ranked from best to worst, so the top Pogues albums can be found at the top of the list. To make it easy for you, we haven't included The Pogues singles, EPs, or compilations, so everything you see here should only be studio albums. If you think the greatest Pogues album isn't high enough on the list, then be sure to vote for it so it receives the credit it deserves. Make sure you don't just vote for critically acclaimed albums; if you have a favorite Pogues album, then vote it up, even if it's not necessarily the most popular.

The list of Pogues albums include If I Should Fall From Grace With God (1988), Hell's Ditch (1990), and more. This list of popular Pogues CDs has been voted on by music fans around the world, so the order of this list isn't just one person's opinion.
