These fails are committed with the championship of the National Football League on the line and while millions of people are watching on live television around the world. Seriously, the Super Bowl is the last place you want to royally screw up but as these professional football players, teams and owners have shown, Super Bowl fails happen and they are hard to forget.

Welker was a hero for most of his time in New England, except for one little drop in Super Bowl XLVI. Too bad he actually fumbled the ball, which allowed Mike Bass of the Washington Redskins to recover and return it for a touchdown.
