Birthdays can be a joyous occasion to celebrate your birth. They can also be a pressure-filled day consisting of let downs. The poor people below experienced tragic birthdays. Better luck for them next year, hopefully!
A Fail At Every Turn
From Redditor u/Type1Diabadarse:
I've only ever had one proper birthday party organised.. I was 7 I think.. Out of the 20 invited 4 showed up.. Still was OK, it was this go kart place, because of the lack of people they opened it up to the public, and it was my first time and I was going slow, I got bashed into the tyre wall. Had a circular bruise for a while. They flew the yellow flag for people to stop so I could get out as the kart was pretty much totaled, as I got up someone slammed into me and I flipped into the tyres and landed d*ck first on one of the main posts.. Spent a good half hour throwing up cake..
As the place was wrapping up apparently some of the kids that where not part of the party ducked under the divider and took my gifts, and most of the remaining cake..
Never had a party after that..Party fail?

My wife was acting suspicious. She was closing windows on her computer whenever I'd glance over, she was keeping secrets, she was being gone at mysterious times. I was worried she was cheating, so I did some snooping. It turns out she was throwing me a surprise birthday party, in my home state with all of my closest friends who I haven't seen in years! And also having an affair.Party fail?
Birthday Puncture Wound
From Redditor u/johnbarrymore2013:
Everything was going well, until I sat down with an opened Birthday Badge in my trouser pocket.
The pinner pierced my testicle and I had to go to A & E.Party fail?
Broke + Dumped
From Redditor u/eternityinspace:
My family paid for me and my girlfriend at the time to go out for a really expensive meal for my 21st birthday.
The entire meal came to $300.
She broke up with me as I was driving her back home.Party fail?
