I was rewatching the anime and I actually saw Grey in her true form on episode 11 running to the bathroom while covering her face. It was a 3-second cameo, but WOAH! I mean, this is actually very surprising because it's not the first time stuff like this happens! When you know what's going to happen in the story, and you rewatch it from the beginning, the anime actually rewards you with little details like these!
