Here are the best Black Panther quotes from the film based on the Marvel character with the same name.
In Black Panther, King of Wakanda T'Chaka is killed, which forces his son, T'Challa, to return to his homeland to take the throne. T'Challa is welcomed by others in Wakanda including former lover Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o), but he understands that with great power comes even greater responsibility.
There is, however, one person who is not excited about T'Challa taking over as king and that's N'Jadaka/Erik Killmonger Stevens (Michael B. Jordan). Killmonger has long wanted to rule Wakanda and now strives to take down T'Challa to do just that. But luckily for T'Challa, due to his strength from ingesting a heart-shaped herb and with the help of his superhero suit, T'Challa is also Black Panther, a worthy foe of Killmonger.

T'Challa/Black Panther: I am ready.
T'Challa/Black Panther fully understands the trials and tribulations ahead as he takes over as King of Wakanda. Also, in this Black Panther movie quote, he asserts that he's ready for the challenge.
N'Jadaka/Erik Killmonger Stevens: I waited my entire life for this. The world’s going to start over and Imma burn it all!
Everyone in Wakanda seems pretty excited that T'Challa is becoming king, well, everyone except N'Jadaka. N'Jadaka, AKA Erik Killmonger, wants the power for himself and plans to seize it regardless of what it takes.
Okoye: Don’t freeze.
T'Challa/Black Panther: I never freeze.
While it may seem as much in these Black Panther movie quotes that Okoye is doubting T'Challa before they go into battle, that's far from the case. Okoye is there to protect T'Challa and simply giving him a pre-game pep talk.
Everett K. Ross: You’re telling me that a king of a third world country runs around in a bulletproof cat suit?
Ulysses Klaue: Why don’t you ask him yourself, because he’s right outside... Bingo.
Ross is highly skeptical at Klaue's claims that the King of Wakanda is some superhero with a cat suit. But as Klaue points out, said king with a superhero cat suit is one room over watching them using one-way glass.
