Does that mean that old people should stop exercising their brains and give up on mental puzzles? Absolutely not; the challenge will either send you spiraling into a quarter-life crisis, or encourage you to read more to increase your mental capacity. If you're diligent, it's likely that you'll succeed in strengthening your brain power.
