How old is the cast of Game of Thrones? Nikolaj Coster-Waldau has portrayed Jamie Lannister on all eight seasons of Game of Thrones from the ages of 41 to 49. While Jamie has gone through a lot of physical changes, including the loss of a limb, Coster-Waldau looks as though he hasn't aged a day. From the ages of 37 to 45, Lena Headey has played Jamie's sister-with-benefits Cersei Lannister on Game of Thrones seasons one through eight.

Kit Harington has played Jon Snow for all eight seasons of Game of Thrones from the ages of 24 to 32. Other Game of Thrones cast members include Sophie Turner, who was 15 when she first played Sansa Stark in season one, and Maisie Williams who has played Arya Stark during all eight seasons from ages 14 to 22.
