Celebrities who were on school swim teams all later became famous in the world of television, music, movies, or modeling, among other things, but have one thing in common. Each at one point in their lives competed in swimming or diving as a child or teen.
With photographic evidence to prove it, Gwen Stefani is one well-known former competitive swimmer. The singer and fashion designer was on her high school swim team before belting out hits with No Doubt. Molly Sims, Megan Fox, Estella Warren, and Kim Alexis each all were familiar sights in the pool during their school days too, before making it big in other areas.
But school swimming wasn't just limited to the ladies. Plenty of big male stars were once on their school swim and dive teams. Brad Pitt, Jon Hamm, Jason Statham, Jon Heder, and Chris Klein all swam or dived in school, years before becoming household names as leading actors.
