Celebrities with knock knees, also known as genu valgum, have a condition in which the knees tilt inward, while the ankles remain spaced apart. It's incredibly common and normal amongst girls and some boys during their development.
If you have them, you might have knees that touch or “knock” more than usual while standing up or walking. It isn't detrimental to your well-being, but it is a sign of low muscle definition in the legs.
