Former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzengger committed $20 million to establish the Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy at the University of Southern California in August 2012. His daughter, Katherine, graudated from USC that year, while his son, Patrick, graduated from USC in 2016. Other celebs who donated to their children's colleges include Charles Kushner, Meryl Streep, and President Donald Trump.
Although his name doesn't appear on any of the school's buildings, President Donald Trump may have donated over $1.4 million to his alma mater, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In a 2003 investor report for The Wharton School, Trump is included on a list of donors who made "gifts of $1,000,000 to $4,999,999" between 1996 and 2003. These donations helped fund the construction of Huntsman Hall.
