Here is a list of wealthy celebrities who have donated to their children's colleges. Including notable alumni who gave back to their alma mater, these famous people who gave donations to universities their children attended include politicians, actors, businesspeople, and more.
Former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzengger committed $20 million to establish the Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy at the University of Southern California in August 2012. His daughter, Katherine, graudated from USC that year, while his son, Patrick, graduated from USC in 2016. Other celebs who donated to their children's colleges include Charles Kushner, Meryl Streep, and President Donald Trump.

Although his name doesn't appear on any of the school's buildings, President Donald Trump may have donated over $1.4 million to his alma mater, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In a 2003 investor report for The Wharton School, Trump is included on a list of donors who made "gifts of $1,000,000 to $4,999,999" between 1996 and 2003. These donations helped fund the construction of Huntsman Hall.
Coincidentally, three of Trump's children enrolled at Wharton - Donald Jr. graduated in 2000, Ivanka graduated in 2004, and Tiffany graduated in 2016.
In 2013, Dr. Dre and Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine donated $70 million to the University of California for the development of the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation.
In March 2019, Dr. Dre announced via Instagram that his daughter, Truly Young, got accepted into USC.

Through her charity Silver Mountain Foundation for the Arts, Meryl Streep and husband Don Gummer donated almost $2 million to Streep's alma mater Vassar College between 2009 and 2012.
Their daughters, Grace and Lousia, both graduated from Vassar in 2008 and 2013, respectively.
