The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the most successful teams in the NFL, having won more Super Bowl titles and hosted more conference championship games than any other franchise. Their rosters have included such talents as Terry Bradshaw and Ben Rothlisberger, and many Steelers players have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. With so much star power present on the field, it's only natural that some of that celebrity is carried over to the fans as well. Scan the stands at Heinz Field, and you just might see a famous figure rooting for "the Black and Gold." Actors, musicians, and bestselling authors all number among famous Steeler fans.
A few of these celebrity Steelers fans may surprise you. Radio personality Rush Limbaugh is known for his uncensored opinions on political matters, but he has also provided commentary about big games on his radio show. Donnie Darko actor Jake Gyllenhaal loves the Steelers so much that he got a (temporary) tattoo of Pittsburgh's logo on his back. Poison frontman Bret Michaels cheers for all Pittsburgh teams, the Steelers in particular – he's even played a guitar emblazoned with the team's logo.
