If you're a millennial and you think you could get along with your baby boomer coworkers, you're sorely mistaken. Hilarious comics at The Cooper Review realized this and made an entire web series dedicated to the two age groups' differences. Apparently, the olds just can't agree with their younger counterparts about anything.
In fact, The Cooper Review comics poke fun at the opposing work styles of boomers and millennials. The older generation tends to prefer definite rules and strict timelines, while the younger generation revolts against workplace monotony and inflexibility. Both groups may hate work equally, but they have different ways of showing their apathy. No matter where you fall in the age spectrum, though, you'll find this work humor entirely accurate.
