In a savage attack in Louisiana in 2015, a 16-year-old employee at McDonald's was attacked and pulled through the drive-thru window. What's not shown in the video is how the poor girl was dragged out into the parking lot and beaten. Charges were soon filed against the four assailants: the one who pulled her out of the window and three passengers in the car.
In Minneapolis, a scuffle broke out between two individuals when a customer handed an employee a hundred-dollar bill to pay for a three-dollar meal. The employee accidentally dropped some of the customer's change, which caused the customer to spit on the window and then proceed to drag the employee through it. Their fight lasted over a minute, with the employee eventually getting the upper hand. The customer was charged with misdemeanor assault.

Woman Starts Fight Because Line Wasn't Moving Fast Enough
Sometimes things just escalate out of control. What started as a confrontation over slow service quickly turned heated as three woman started brawling in a McDonald's drive-thru line. The video was uploaded in September 2015 and shows what happens when people have to wait just a little while for their food.
The three women start fighting until a young man steps up (he might be one of the woman's sons, if the audio is any indication), trying to separate everyone. He repeatedly shouts that this isn't that serious, but who knows - it looks pretty damn serious.
Back in 2010, a woman with a serious craving for chicken nuggets attacked an employee and punched a hole in a drive-thru window. The incident happened around 6:30 am, after the woman was informed that McDonald's had stopped serving their dinner selections at 2:30 am, causing the woman to freak out.
(Full disclosure: The video footage above is real, but the audio has been proven to be a fake. If you want to see the original video without any audio, click here, but the added audio makes it even better.)
In Winter Haven, Florida, an alleged case of road rage at a McDonald's restaurant seemed to reveal something much more racist. In 2014, while in a double drive-thru lane, a vehicle pulled in front of another, causing a man named Howard Carl Wilson to get angry. He exited his vehicle, yelling profanities and racial slurs as he walked toward the vehicle he thought cut him off. The cell phone footage shows the two arguing for quite some time before Wilson casually punches the woman in the face, then gets back in his car and drives off. He was later charged with simple battery.
After being told she had to wait two minutes for cookies, blogger Brandy Wooten unleashed an unflinching verbal attack on an increasingly uncomfortable manager. The video has to be seen to be believed. The only hope is that Wooten acted this poorly on purpose in order to increase her social media following. If not, it really gives a bad name to bloggers everywhere.
