List Rules Vote up the horror series airing new episodes during the 2019 calendar year that favor creeping and creepy horror over jump scares.

Are you into creepy horror TV shows and want to see what 2019 has to offer? These are the horror TV series you can look forward to in 2019, which are either new or continuing from a previous season. Where exciting horror series tend to trigger the "fight" side of the fight-or-flight response, creepy horror is all about "flight." Or just hiding.

When it comes to horror tv series, they aren't worth much if they don't creep you out just from watching them. On the surface, horror shows are inherently creepy, but not every horror television show is creepier than the next. What makes a horror show creepy has a lot to do with the level of suspense, shock, and outright horror that unfolds on the scene.

Some series are far creepier than others like Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House, which is so frightening, some people couldn't get through the first episode. Whether you're scared of poltergeists or are simply creeped out by the unknown, that show is sure to frighten the most ardent fans of the genre. Other series like Hulu's Castle Rock takes the familiar world of Stephen King's books, and plugs them into a single shared universe full of terror and creepiness the likes of which you won't find anywhere else!

Which of these creepy, horror television shows freak you out the most? Vote up your favorites and watch as the creepiest rises to the top!
