In the Back to the Future Trilogy (1985-1989), there were 4 DeLoreans at one point in 1955. The first one Marty arrives in, the one Marty and Doc came in to retrieve the almanac, the one old Biff came in to give himself the almanac, and the one sitting in the mine for 70 years.

Whenever There Are Two DeLoreans In The Same Time Period One Always Stalls
In the Back to the Future trilogy, whenever there are two Delorean's in the same time period when one time travels the other stalls. In the first one Marty stalls right before the lighting strike that send him back to 1985 (Doc Brown gets struck by accident at the end of the second movie sending him back to the old west) also when Marty has to run to save Doc at the end of the first movie (stalls after Einstein's test run).

Doc Accidentally Set The DeLorean's Time Circuit To 1885
In Back to the Future Part II, you can actually see Doc accidentally set the time circuit to 1885. The scene in question is towards the end of the film, when Doc takes off to rescue Marty, he hits the Lyon Estate sign and accidentally bumps into the lever of the time circuit, setting the destination date to Jan.1 1885. Doc doesnt notice, and when the car later is hit by lightning, and accelerated to 88 mps, Doc is sent back to 1885. The scene in question is a very blink and you miss it scene, as it is less than a second, and the date change is so subtle that it is very easy to miss.

The DeLorean's Display Foreshadows What Biff Has Done
In Back to the Future II, when Doc and Marty are about to leave 2015, you can get a subtle hint of what Biff has done before the movie explains it, as the Last Time Departed panel in the DeLorean shows the year 1955 instead of 1985, implying someone else must have used the Time Machine

Marty Can Be Seen Crouched Between Cars Before Running To Meet Doc
In Back to the Future part 2, when Marty is running back to town to meet 1955 Doc Brown after the DeLorean is struck by lightning, you can see Michael J Fox come out from between two cars rather than running down the street.
