My mom has always been great at picking out important details or slight foreshadowing in films.
I vividly remember watching this with her for the first time, and shortly before that scene with the characters all in the apartment, but well before you become aware of the baby’s death, she looked at me and said “Oh f**k, the baby stopped crying...”
