What's the dumbest state in the United States of America? Let's keep it informal: not the state with the shoddiest K-12 public education or the state with the lowest IQ scores, but the state that, in your experience, is full of folks whose elevators don't exactly go all the way to the top floor.
Intelligence is tough to measure, of course, and the point here isn't to judge or to mock, but to establish, in highly unscientific terms, which US states the rest of the country wouldn't trust with a glue stick. However you personally gauge stupidity, vote up the states you reckon are chock-full of the stupidest folks, and keep in mind that these might also just be the states with unfair reputations.
