Dunst was in multiple season three episodes, first appearing in the fifth episode as a street youth who meets Dr. Ross and Nurse Hathaway on a mobile health van that goes to County General when Southside closes. She has an infant with her and claims to be the baby's mother, but it’s evident she’s lying. It turns out the infant needs surgical treatment, but she disappears and Ross can’t find her.
