"Evil Dead" movie quotes bring the cult horror movie back in a remake of the critically acclaimed 1981 film "The Evil Dead" by Sam Raimi. The 2013 version was produced by Raimi along with Bruce Campbell and Robert. G. Tapert and directed by Fede Alvarez who also penned the screenplay with Rodo Sayagues and Diablo Cody. "Evil Dead," which premiered at the SXSW film festival on March 8, 2013, was released in theaters on April 5, 2013.

In "Evil Dead," five friends, Mia (Jane Levy), David (Shiloh Fernandez), Eric (Lou Taylor Pucci), Olivia (Jessica Lucas) and Natalie (Elizabeth Blackmore) head to a remote cabin in the woods. Eric, despite the included warnings, opens and reads the Naturom Demonto, a magically evil book, which unleashes evil spirits into the area. That spirit soon takes over Mia's soul and Mia, despite being sedated by Olivia under the assumption that she is simply sick, begins to threaten and hunt down the rest of the cabin members.

As the group attempts to save themselves from Mia by trying to kill her to save themselves, the evil spirit takes over the souls of the other members one by one. Soon all are possessed except for one who has few options to remain safe from the evil spirits with few resources in a remote location.

If you're not up to the task of the horror that "Evil Dead" brings, there are many other great movies in theaters at the same time including "Jurassic Park 3D," "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," "Olympus Has Fallen," "Admission," "The Croods," "Upside Down," "Ginger & Rosa," "The Call," "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone," "Emperor," "Dead Man Down," "Oz: The Great and Powerful," "Stoker," "A Good Day to Die Hard," "Side Effects," and "Identity Thief."

Natalie: "We should have left when Mia wanted to."

Olivia: "Mia?"
David: "Mia, put the gun down. Put the gun down please."
Demon: "We will kill you. One by one we will take you."
