All The Ex-NFL Players In The XFL 2020
Most of the XFL 2020 players have been made official following the draft for the upcoming season. League owner and WWE chairman Vince McMahon has high hopes for his vision of a new football league working this time after a colossal failure back in the early 2000s. The hope is that the stronger pool of talent will make the product worth watching and viewers will fall in love with an alternative for the NFL.
With that in mind, a great many players entering the XFL have spent time in the NFL at some point in their careers. Though the NFL perhaps passed them by, the new XFL could be a viable way to make a living playing football. Salaries won't match those of their NFL counterparts, with starting quarterbacks making $495,000 a season, but expect the salary to go up if the league is successfull.
So if you find yourself wondering did anyone from the NFL go to the XFL, check out the list of names below, and you're sure to find some players you recognize, such as wide receiver Sammie Coates, quarterback Connor Cook, or running back Christine Michael.
Vote up for the players you think are going to find success in their second (or third or fourth) chance at professional football, then head over and check out all the teams in the XFL competing for the top prize.
