Nacht Faust's birthday is April 30th. April 30th is Walpurgis Night, a German day that's connected to devil worship and witchcraft. The date is mentioned in Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's famous play, Faust, which Nacht takes his last name from.
Also, the first parts of Nacht's devils' names spell out the word “Walpurgis.” ワルプルギス Warupurugisu: ワルグナ (Waruguna), プルメデ (Purumede), ギモデロ (Gimodero), and スロトス (Surotosu). While it's not confirmed that Tabata chose the date because of these connections, it seems highly likely that he did.
When asked which character he most related to, Tabata named his protagonist, Asta.
