- 3 Tablespoons grenadine
- 3 Tablespoons Cointreau
- 2 Tablespoons brandy
- 1 3/4 cups champagne
- Raspberries, apples, pomegranates, or other seasonal fruit
Directions:
Fill a small ice bucket halfway with ice. Pour grenadine, Cointreau, brandy, and champagne over ice. Stir gently, and ladle punch into two stemmed glasses. Garnish punch with raspberries, apples, pomegranates, or any other fruit in season.
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream (or half and half)
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 oz. bourbon whiskey
- Ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until combined. Pour shake in glass and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
- 8 eggs, separated - 2/3 cups sugar - 1 cup canned pumpkin puree - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice - 3 cups whole milk - 2 cups heavy cream - 2 cups dark rum or brandy - Whipped cream (optional) - Freshly grated nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a stand mixer bowl, place egg whites in and whisk on low speed until frothy, about 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium-high, beating until egg whites are the consistency of shaving cream, about 90 seconds. Reduce speed to medium. with mixer still running, add half of sugar and beat until mixed, about 30 seconds. Transfer whites to a large bowl. Don't wash bowl.
2. Add egg yolks and remaining sugar to to mixer bowl and beat at medium-high speed until pale yellow and ribbony, shutting off machine and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula as necessary, about two minutes total. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and allspice, and mix on medium low speed until fully mixed, about 15 seconds. Add milk, cream, and alcohol. Mix on low speed to combine.
3. With a rubber spatula, fold the whipped whites into the egg yolk and milk mixture until complete incorporated. Serve by ladling into goblets. Garnish with whipped cream, grated nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
