Andrés Nocioni

Andrés Marcelo Nocioni (born November 30, 1979) is an Argentine-Italian retired professional basketball player. Early in his career he played as a small forward, but spent the latter years of his career as a power forward. He was a two-time All-EuroLeague selection before spending eight seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA), from 2004 to 2012. Nocioni won a EuroLeague title in 2015, earning the EuroLeague Final Four MVP Award in the process.
A regular member of the Argentine national team, Nocioni was a part of the team that won a gold medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He also helped the Argentine national team to win the bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics and the silver medal at the 2002 FIBA World Championship in Indianapolis. His jersey number 13 was retired by the Argentinian Basketball Confederation.

Angelo Gigli (born June 4, 1983) is an Italian professional basketball player who plays for Basket Ferentino of the Italian Serie A2 Basket. He has also represented the Italian national team internationally. Standing at 2.09 m (6 ft 10 1⁄2 in), he is a left-handed power forward and center.

Augusto "Gus" Binelli (born 1964) is a retired Italian professional basketball player and coach.  At a height of 2.15 m (7'0 ​3⁄4") tall, and a weight of 118 kg (260 lbs.), he played at the center position. Binelli was drafted in the second round, of the 1986 NBA draft, by the Atlanta Hawks, though he never played in the NBA.

Brett Alan Blizzard (born June 12, 1980) is an Italian-American basketball player for Derthona Basket of the Italian Legadue. Originally of American nationality, Blizzard opted to acquire dual citizenship in Italy while playing overseas. He became eligible to play on Italy's national team because of a distant Italian relative. Including Virtus Bologna, Blizzard has played for seven professional teams in his career. He holds dual citizenship in both Italy and Argentina. Standing at 1.98 m (6 ft 6 in), he plays at the small forward and shooting guard positions. He is also noted for his defense and three point shooting skills.

He is widely considered to be the best Italian player ever, as well as one of Europe's all-time greats. A 2.06 m (6 ft 9 in) tall center, Meneghin was born in Alano di Piave, Veneto (northeast Italy). On November 20, 1966, when he was 16 years old, he played in his first game in the Italian League, with Ignis Varese. He played the last game of his career at the age of 45. In 2003, Meneghin was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and in 2010, he became a member of the FIBA Hall of Fame.

In 2005, Oberto signed with the San Antonio Spurs, a team of the American National Basketball Association, and won a championship with the Spurs in 2007. He is also a former member of the senior Argentina national basketball team.
