He has also worked as a voice actor, appearing in The Wild, Igor, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, and Cars 2. General David Julian Richards, Baron Richards of Herstmonceux GCB, CBE, DSO, DL, ADC Gen is a retired senior British Army officer who was formerly the Chief of the Defence Staff, the professional head of the British Armed Forces. He succeeded Air Chief Marshal Sir Jock Stirrup in this role on 29 October 2010. Nick Estcourt

Nick Estcourt, educated at Eastbourne College, was an outstanding British climber killed on K2 by an avalanche on the West Ridge route. One of his notable achievements, with Paul Braithwaite was the first ascent of the Rock Band, a line of cliffs on the expedition to the South West Face of Everest in 1975 that had defeated several previous expeditions. Since 1980, the Nick Estcourt Award, established in his memory, to encourage future generations of mountaineers, grants financial assistance annually to expeditions who attempt a significant mountaineering objective. ...more on Wikipedia
